Rustic woods does not offer a refund policy at this time. All of our products are custom made to order. However, in the event that a product is damaged during delivery, we can work with the proper shipping provider to get a refund or replacement. There is no guarantee.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
